1996 - Established P&C Group 1, Inc.

1996 - P&C Group 1 purchases Lorain County Automotive Systems (LCAS) - a leading head restraint supplier in North America.

1998 - Established Advanced Automotive Systems which is now called Camaco Lorain.

1999 - Purchase Magna seating metals plants in Arkansas and Nebraska.

2005 - Awarded first direct sourced contract from Ford.

2007 - Established greenfield operation in Vadodara, India called Amvian India.

2008 - Opened a sales and engineering office in Russelheim, Germany.

2009 - Established Amvian Brazil in Sao Paolo, Brazil.

2010 - Established Amvian Gravatai in Gravatai, Brazil.

2012 - Awarded design and development contract with Audi for Q7.

2013 - Acquired ZTS Poland in Grojec, Poland facility now renamed Amvian Poland.

2013 - Opened a sales and engineering office in Ingolstadt Germany.

2013 - Acquired Faurecia Geiselhoring in Germany, now renamed Amvian Germany.

2014 - 3Q 2014 break ground in Ramos, Mexico for Amvian Mexico.

2014 - Awarded design and development contract from GM for global SUV.
